Each row is a contractor or a clearly named workbook cost line. Monthly actuals use Invoices Received plus unbilled drilling Activity Reports. Weatherfords and Epiroc are combined as one Geophysical Logging line: completed holes accrue the Version 5.4 per-hole budget until an invoice from either supplier is received. Remaining forecast values are matched to Borehole Planning by hole ID, with drill order as a fallback, spread over each hole's drill days and stop when that hole finishes. Live Borehole Planning statuses preserve later operational changes. The current-month column is actual-only. Rest of Month is forecast-only and is already included once in the 2026 Reforecast total; do not add it to that total again.
